WESLEY CHAPEL — Join in for an evening of Kitten Yoga benefiting Runaways Animal Rescue on Saturday, Oct. 8, at the Wesley Chapel Recreation Complex, 7727 Boyette Road.

Runaways Animal Rescue is partnering with Pasco County Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources by Kitten Yoga for Mental Illness Awareness Week.

Enjoy a relaxing Saturday evening yoga session, suitable for all levels, while being surrounded by adoptable kittens. Kittens will roam free in the room while practice your cat pose.

Yoga is a $10 donation per person and registration is required and all proceeds benefit The Runaways Animal Rescue.

Participants will need a yoga mat and water.

WESLEY CHAPEL — The Tampa Bay Juniors Hockey Club will take on the Columbia Infantry on Saturday, Oct. 8, 5 p.m., at AdventHealth Center Ice, 3173 Cypress Ridge Blvd.

Come watch some exciting and competitive hockey for free. The Mission of the Tampa Bay Juniors Hockey Club is to cultivate and nurture the gifts and talents of each student/athlete as they discover their path to success

DADE CITY — The Pioneer Florida Museum & Village, 15602 Pioneer Museum Road, Dade City, will host its fall festival, Saturday, Oct. 8, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The festival will feature a pumpkin patch, pumpkin painting, vendors, blacksmith, model trains, demonstrations, children’s games, children’s arts and crafts, and you can build your own scarecrow.

Also featured will be Sphere's Bubble Show (as seen on "America's Got Talent"), the Geared Up Band, Soccer Collies, a costume contest and more!

Cost is $10 for adults and $5 for students. Children younger than 5 are free. Free parking.
